The raw materials are chosen with great expertise. At the stock point, 3 types of soil is blended at a ratio to yield the premium quality we are well known for. It is then loaded in to the box feeder and goes through 3 crushers. This process makes sure that the stones in the soil are powdered to ensure great finish of the bricks. The mixture is binded with water. Everything is blended in the final mixer once again to bring the clay to the perfect consistency. The 5 stage mixing was developed to increase precision.
